General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2016 puts into place a uniform legal framework, in order to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. This results the need of compliance from the part of all the companies to the provisions of the said regulation. Within this framework, we provide guidance with respect to all the steps that need to be taken, in order for our clients to comply with the E.U. regulation.
